We are looking for postdoctoral candidates and PhD students at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. The currently available collaborative project is in the areas of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graphene-metal composite materials for multifunctional <\/strong>applications<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For domestic Ph.D. students, you will be considered for Dean\u2019s Fellowship. The prestigious fellowship provides tuition, health insurance and $30,000 of annual support (Link<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During these projects, the candidates will work with leading material scientists, electrical and mechanical engineers at both ASU to overcome critical barriers in the combined theoretical and experimental investigations of complex, multiphysics systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications will be immediately reviewed until the positions are filled. Interested candidates should submit the items listed below to Prof. Wonmo Kang (wonmo.kang@asu.edu<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A detailed CV including a list of publications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A cover letter with a short description of their research experience and interests<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The names and email addresses of at least three references<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The successful candidates will enjoy additional opportunities in Prof. Kang\u2019s lab including (1) opportunities to work at DoD labs, (2) hands-on experience with cutting-edge facilities, and (3) local attractions (including weather) in Phoenix, AZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
